At Evie-May Sensory we offer free delivery on every order to any UK address. No minimum spend, no discount codes needed — free delivery is applied automatically at checkout on every order, every time.
We know how much SEN families already have on their plates. The last thing you need is delivery charges eating into your budget. So we've kept it simple — free, always.
Delivery Times
How long will my order take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of being placed. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you deliver to all UK addresses?
Yes — we deliver to all UK addresses including:
- England, Scotland and Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Isle of Man and Channel Islands
Free delivery applies to all of the above locations.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's progress online.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Returns Policy
We want you and your child to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Start a Return
Simply email us at hello@eviemaysensory.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll get back to you within 1 working day with return instructions. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us at hello@eviemaysensory.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us straight away and we'll sort it out immediately at no cost to you.
